Great American Volleyball was started in 2002 by local New Jersey beach volleyball veteran Wayne Gant. Wayne started playing volleyball in high school, and quickly became one of New Jerseys best beach players. GAV prides itself on making players happy, and as a result the tour has grown quickly and currently runs events on both coasts and Hawaii.
Wide Open Volleyball offers tournaments for all levels of volleyball in a fun festive atmosphere. This year the tour consists of eight stops starting in Huntington Beach, CA with stops in Florida, New Jersey, Chicago, Oregon, Ohio and the season ending tournament in Manhattan Beach, CA.
East End Volleyball has been organizing beach volleyball tournaments for 34 years since 1977. Based in the East End of Long Island, EEVB has grown into the largest beach volleyball series in the East End of the country with tournaments from Newport, RI to Hollywood, Florida. Sanctioned by the Volley America, EEVB runs over 35 events for 4,000 plus players. The highest level in the tournaments, the Open Division, is equivalent to AAA Baseball and funnels players into the Pro Beach Volleyball Tour.
QCVolleyball - located in Port Byron, Illinois - was established in 2005. Our mission is to promote the sport of volleyball at all levels, ages, abilities, and genders throughout Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois; with an emphasis on developing and supporting local youth volleyball programs, and growing the sport of volleyball. The National Volleyball League is built by the players, for the players and will work diligently to grow into the premier professional beach volleyball league for generations to come.
